Privacy Policy

We consider that it is our important responsibility to carefully and appropriately handle our customers' personal information provided to us in connection to promote our business and protect their privacy. When obtaining or using personal information, we make sure to clearly state our purposes in doing so and obtain or use personal information legally, justly and with the prior consent of persons concerned, strictly within the range required for fulfilling the purposes. D.Reasons for non-disclosure
Requests for personal information disclosure will be rejected for any of the following reasons.
We will inform requesting parties of rejection along with an indication of reason.
  • 1. The addresses on the request form, the official document submitted for identification, and in the personal information registered with us do not match (identification is not established).
  • 2. Power of attorney is not established when the request is made by a legal representative.
  • 3. The submitted documents are incomplete or inappropriate.
  • 4. The request is made for disclosure of information that does not correspond to the personal information registered with the Company.
  • 5. Disclosure of the requested information may harm the life, physical safety, properties, rights and interests of the person concerned or other persons.
  • 6. Disclosure of the requested information may significantly obstruct the normal operation of the Company's business.
  • 7. Disclosure of the requested information is illegal.
